Representing California, she finished in the top five. However, she created quite a stir when she answered a question from judge Perez Hilton.Prejean said she was raised to believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. The crowd actually booed as a result, while Hilton frowned. He later called her a "dumb bitch," but apologized for that remark.
Prejean is entitled to her (biased) opinion, but she should have known it would earn her negative points with Perez.
